Crossfit – a different way

Gymnastics in CrossFit is a bit different to the gymnastics you are used to seeing on TV whilst watching the Olympic Games. Gymnastics incorporates a whole range of different movements within the context of CrossFit, from what you would consider more conventional gymnastics movements like handstands, muscle ups and pull ups, right the way through to skipping, burpees and single leg squats.
