Personal training information
Although the majority of what we do at CrossFit Vauxhall is group classes, all of our coaches offer more tailored training in the form of one-to-one sessions or smaller group training.
Our coaches all have specific areas of expertise and interest; so whatever your goal or whatever your needs we will do our best to pair you with the coach who best fits your requirements. Whether you want to develop your CrossFit skills, whether you’re chasing your summer body, or just want to build some confidence before getting involved with group classes then this is a perfect option for you.
Before any personal training you will meet your coach and undertake an informal complimentary training consultation of about 15 minutes. This will give your coach the perfect opportunity to understand your goals and also learn about your previous training experience. This allows for much more specific and effective training.
Sessions can be bought on a ‘Pay as you Go’ or ‘Session Pack’ basis. All sessions are 1 hour long.
