If you could have a superpower what would it be?
Time travel of course. But not sure if I want to go backwards or forwards.
What would your specialist subject on mastermind be?
Human anatomy (not very exciting!)
Favourite type of coffee?
Favourite type is a flat white. That said, If I’m making it at the gym it often ends up as a cappuccino! Current coffee I’m drinking at home is from Perky Blenders. Definitely recommend.
One item of food you would never want to live without?
Cheese. My kryptonite.
CrossFit has been a huge part of my life for over 10 years now.
I was first introduced to CrossFit to help with my rowing training back at university. Needless to say, after the first session, I was all in. It wasn’t just the type of training, the equipment, the community, or the coaching but instead, the unique blend of all of those things that I hadn’t seen before.
In 2015, I decided to combine my desire for helping people and my experience in physiotherapy, with my passion for health and fitness.
I completed my Crossfit Level One trainer certification and I have never looked back.
