I stumbled across CrossFit 10 years ago as a supplement to my everyday yoga practice. I was looking to build more strength and physical conditioning and that was exactly what it did for me!
Teaching yoga has been a huge part of my life and practice for the last 18 years and I can honestly say that incorporating strength conditioning and fitness has helped improve my understanding of the human body.
I love exploring the limitless possibilities of what our bodies are capable of but also love witnessing others come across this themselves.
