The beginning
I am the newest member of the CrossFit Vauxhall team, born and raised a lockdown baby. My knowledge of Health and Fitness is very limited but I do specialise in making humans happy. My journey to becoming a Gym dog started like any others.
My parents are mad about CrossFit and I came along for the ride.
