Jonathan has been a coach for 25 years coaching and has coached a number of sports or disciplines to and including Elite / International level. He has coached with CrossFit Central London for 5 years and specialises mainly in Endurance coaching.
This has lead to Jon coaching individuals to participate in events and competitions including but not limited to CrossFit; Ultra Trail Events such as Marathon des Sables and UTMB; Triathlon & Marathon; Adventure Racing; X-Games and Long Course Swimming. The Endurance Classes that Jon runs focus on a broad spectrum of Endurance and Athletic development with all participants noticing significant improvements in short and longer duration events.
